Kathie Glass: This is not true. Gene Chapman was never a candidate and when this became known -- that and his obviously unstable mental state -- caused the sponsoring organization to with his "candidate" invitation. He was never "running" against me or was my opponent because he was never "running,"

Gene here: The Amarillo Tea Party didn't know me from Adam, so how would they know anything about my so-called, "unstable mental state," asserted by Mrs. Glass? And how would Kathie or Tom Glass know anything about me, as we had only met once at the LP event in Ft. Worth a few weeks before? (In fact, I never had a negative thought about the Glass duo before I met them in Amarillo and saw they were withdrawn and snappy for some odd reason.) And when did Kathie Glass become a mental health expert?
In fact, I've been checked out by mental health experts three times in my life, and they laugh at the prospect that there is anything wrong with my mental state. I'm tested genius level in three areas, so I have intellectual resources to screw with government in ways that put them at a disadvantage, but I've never been found unstable by any health expert. (I'm more of a Carol Burnett skit when I mess with government than anything to fear.)

Gene here: I was passing out this very bumper sticker at the Amarillo Tea Party event. It sure looks like I was "running" to me.

Well, we now know that Kathie and Tom Glass were the instigators of R. Lee Wrights, Robert Bell and myself not being included in the Amarillo Tea Party event invite list. She didn't think we were candidates, she states, so she and Tom, the sitting Vice Chair of the LP of Texas, got with the web master of the Tea Party of Texas and had my name removed, and they made sure no one else had their name from the LP included.
The problem is that all were candidates in Nov. 2013, as the starting bell for being a candidate was only a few of weeks before, in September, and the filing deadline to remove the candidates from the non-candidates was not until Dec. 9th, the date we all had to file with the Texas Secretary of State. We were all in the same place with Kathie in November, as candidates. And Tom, the sitting Vice Chair of the LP of Texas, had to recuse himself from such matters of who is and is not a viable candidate for ethical and legal reasons, but he didn't. He is married to one of the candidates, after all.
The court case is coming together.
So Kathie Glass has inside information about how another candidate would be removed from an invite list at a Tea Party even in Amarillo, Texas, though she lives hundreds of miles away in Houston. Only an insider has this kind of information. Maybe the instigator of the information?
